The service
Claire is a dream journal and reflection app operated by Rai Rai Management and Services, LLC. It lets you record dreams, receive AI-generated Readings, and see recurring patterns in a Dream Map.
Claire is designed for reflection and entertainment. It does not provide medical, mental health, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. Do not rely on a Reading to make a diagnosis or urgent decision. Seek a qualified professional when you need care or advice.
Your account
You use Sign in with Apple to create or access your account. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple account secure and for activity performed through your Claire account. You must be at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires it, to use Claire.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some Claire features require an auto-renewing subscription. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and included features are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple account settings before the end of the current billing period. Apple manages billing, cancellations, and refund requests. Deleting Claire does not cancel a subscription. You can manage your subscription or use Restore Purchases from Claire's Settings.
Your content
You retain ownership of the dreams and other original content you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve Claire, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.
You are responsible for content you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to provide it.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Claire, attempt to bypass security or subscription controls, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law permits it, use the service to violate another person's rights, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
AI limitations
Readings are generated with artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Similar dreams may produce different results. You remain responsible for how you interpret and use a Reading.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, or suspend features to maintain and improve Claire. We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may terminate or restrict access when required for security, legal compliance, or a material violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claire is provided as available and without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Rai Rai Management and Services, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Claire.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for providing support for Claire.
Changes and contact
